Our catalog is full of Oregon Department of Transportation plans for manholes, catch basins, box culverts, and more. Several sizes, designs, and configurations are readily available, but sometimes traditional plans won’t get the job done. That’s why we have a licensed, professional engineer on staff.
We understand that even the best-laid plans can go awry when unreported sewer lines are discovered or immovable objects are uncovered. In many cases, precast products can just be placed a few feet away without affecting the rest of the system. For more intense alterations to the plan, we’ll be on-site to make recommendations.
This could mean changing the design to make room for or incorporate the obstruction (while maintaining structural strength). Perhaps it means building a catch basin in pieces and assembling in place for difficult placements. Our managerial team and staff have more than 140 years of experience in the field. If it can be designed, we can build it.
A major benefit of using precast concrete products is the ability to have catch basins, manholes, or box culverts ready for installation when you need them. Once your precast pieces have been manufactured and strength-tested, we’ll load them on one of our trucks and bring them to you.
Just tell us what you need and when you need it. Once on-site, we are able to unload smaller precast products, but larger pieces will need to be unloaded by a crane. However, most construction projects that require buried infrastructure will already have a crane available.
